I&#039;m glad I can&#039;t remember going to Providence ever! (at least not since I was seven or eight.)

That isn&#039;t just a horrible system, that&#039;s an employee who&#039;s going to be in BIG trouble. Heck, I remember at my HIPAA training (when I worked for OHSU...even though I never saw a patient, a patient form, or aggregated patient data...) they told you it would be a cardinal sin to leave your PDA at your DESK because it might have patient NOTES in it. Sheeeeeesh!</description>
